I’m completing my second Challenge and I’m very excited because I managed to go from a body fat percentage of 33.4% to 30.2% and I also increased my muscle percentage from 27.7% to 29.8%.

What I did was follow the Detox, 16-18 hours, starting my eating window with YOR SuperGreens with chia, and taking a YOR Shake one hour later. I practically had only one big meal a day, dinner, always with a YOR Digest Ultra.
