Hello YOR Health Family!

This is my second time around participating in this awesome Challenge.

The YOR Health YOR SuperGreens are my absolute favorite. I would never change them for anything else!

I take my YOR SuperGreens always first thing in the morning, combined with alkaline water and a whole fresh organic lemon.

I do my Yoga routine usually first thing in the morning and having my cold greens is just the perfect way to keep it light in the morning but get your cells satisfied after your nightly "fast".

My training routine would consist of daily Yoga, occasional running or rope jumping and my gym visit two to three times a week. I like to enjoy my training; the days are gone where I would push myself so hard that I wouldn't be able to stop eating the next days!! I now love pushing myself just as much as I want to!
While training, I always got my YOR SuperGreens on me, and I add YOR Amino Hydrate (I’m so sad they got discontinued).
I take my Dairy-free, soy-free, gluten-free GREAT?protein Shake (Vegan Version) after my workout.

I also like taking the YOR Repair Ultra after a great training session, which helps greatly to recover faster.

Thanks for Reading!

When replacing 2 out of 5 mini-meals per day with a meal replacement shake, the average person should expect to lose 1-2 pounds per week. As with any reduced-calorie diet, the amount of weight you'll lose will depend on the number of calories you consume in proportion to your weight.

Individual results may vary. Factors that may affect your results include (but are not limited to) your metabolism, exercise routine, diet, smoking, pregnancy, current medications and any medical conditions. As with any health or fitness program, regular exercise and a sensible eating plan are essential to achieve long-term weight loss results. No customer was paid for a testimonial.
