Juan Carlos Viveros Cazarin - Testimonial
Hi, I am 26 years old and I began this Challenge at 70 kg / 154.32 lbs and I ended it at 67 kg / 147.71 lbs. I am amazed to see that my body always has room to improve. From my childhood until I was 21 years old I did exercise constantly (football and athletics) and there was a time between 16 and 20 when I worked out for a little more than 20 hours a week. When I stopped having any activity and I started working, I experienced weight gain up to 20 kg / 44 lbs and I thought I could only get back to my ideal weight by restricting my diet and working out; however, I had abandoned the idea of having an athletic body because I couldn’t commit to dedicate it as much time as I did when I was in college.

I am now completing my second cycle and since I had previously reached my ideal weight, I set myself to gain 1 kg / 2.2 lbs of muscle mass to get more sculpted. For the same reason I didn’t limit my portions of food and I did a 50-minute weight lifting routine 5 times a week, on average. To my surprise I lost 3 kg / 6.6 lbs decreasing my body fat percentage, which helped me with my goal since I was able to have more muscle definition. What I love the most is that years after I stopped being an athlete, I am in the best shape of my life just by adopting a healthy diet where I enjoy any food I want, doing moderate exercise, having the best nutritional products as supplements and by getting inspired by the great community that has been created in these months by people who are looking for a health transformation.

In the morning I had 1 portion of SuperGreens and I occasionally mixed it with Fiber Plus. I did from 5 to 7 mini-meals a day, and I had a Digest Ultra with my biggest meal and two Vitamin tablets with my breakfast and lunch. In the afternoon, after working out I had an MRP Shake with fruit and at night I had Repair and Probiotics. Let’s go for the next cycle of the Challenge!

When replacing 2 out of 5 mini-meals per day with a meal replacement shake, the average person should expect to lose 1-2 pounds per week. As with any reduced-calorie diet, the amount of weight you'll lose will depend on the number of calories you consume in proportion to your weight.

Individual results may vary. Factors that may affect your results include (but are not limited to) your metabolism, exercise routine, diet, smoking, pregnancy, current medications and any medical conditions. As with any health or fitness program, regular exercise and a sensible eating plan are essential to achieve long-term weight loss results. No customer was paid for a testimonial.
