When I had just started my life in exercise, I had 105 kg / 231.48 lbs on me! I could only go to the gym for two months and just managed to lose 4 kg / 8.8 lbs. A friend of mine (my girlfriend today, hehe), told me about YOR Health, and honestly I wasn’t very interested until I started seeing results here, so I decided to join the Challenge. I had results in an incredible short time! In just 20 days I had lost 11 kg / 24.25 lbs! Coming back home from the gym every day I was up on the scale and saw that I was going down about 600 gr / 1.32 lbs every time, I really thought it had broken down!! The goal I set for myself was to lose 14 kg / 30.86 lbs in 8 weeks. Although I was a little ambitious I put a lot of effort on reaching it! I was surprised for achieving more of what I really thought I could achieve! I am sure that in my second cycle of the Challenge I’ll achieve much more! My “secret” is to take my MRP religiously as my breakfast and dinner, my Digestive Enzymes with my lunch, SuperGreens as a snack, Probiotics and Repair before bed, and Complete Burn to benefit from my workout at the gym at a 100%! I do 50 minutes of cardio and 1 hour of weight lifting. Something I like about YOR Health and my transformation is that I am helping and motivating more people to do the same with their lives so they know how it is to feel really good! Personally, I am amazed for using clothes that didn’t fit before. At first I wasn’t convinced that the products could work, but after seeing my results I became a Promoter! People are starting to get interested on the CHALLENGE because of the changes they’ve seen on me, and I have also started to have an extra income.
