Hi, I am Claudia Lopez Vazquez, I am 44 years old and my weight before the Challenge was 55 kg / 121.25 lb and I finished at 54 kg / 110.05 lbs.

This is my second cycle of the Challenge, I won the first cycle of the Challenge and that motivated me to keep watching my diet, taking my YOR Health products and working out, and now this is a lifestyle I don’t want to change.

The products I take are: upon rising a Probiotic and a YOR Repair on an empty stomach, one Digest Ultra capsule before meals, a healthy breakfast and my two Vitamins tablets and a Complete Burn. Then I go out to work out and at the end I have my tasty and delicious MRP with Fiber and some fruit. After lunch I have two Vitamin tablets and one Complete Burn. At mid afternoon I have a MRP with SuperGreens, later I have a delicious dinner and one Repair before going to bed.

I go to the gym on a daily basis, I do first 10 min of cardio and then my weight lifting routine, after that, I do one hour of cardio or spinning or zumba; I do a total of 3 hours of daily exercises from Monday to Friday and sometimes I go for a run Saturdays and Sundays. My exercise routine sometimes changes, sometimes there are weeks when I do just cardio to burn fat faster and I mix it with kickboxing or combat.

Honestly, I love everything that is useful to my body, to help me look and feel better. I like to be active because it clears my mind and it keeps me in shape. I’ve always exercised and I love it, I do it gladly and especially because of the changes I see in my body, and I had never looked as I look now, eeeeveeeer!!!

This is all thanks to YOR Health and its Challenge because the competition and the attractive prizes got me very motivated, My muscle mass is more sculpted than before, way more, and the fat is almost gone and I will see it never comes back, hahaha. My whole body is much firmer so my steps are more secure. Winning the Challenge gave me a very high self-esteem and the excitement to keep on doing this, and as mentioned at the beginning, this is already a lifestyle for me. Getting compliments and congratulations for all my changes is priceless, and I tell myself I am going for more.

Thanks to my team “Power Team” for their support and encouragement, to my brothers and my children because they notice everything I do and of course, what I eat, and when I try to cheat with my food they tell me, “Hey, you are in a Challenge, watch what you eat!!!” They also take YOR Health and they have already seen changes in their health and they know that a healthy diet leads to a very healthy life. I love being an example to them of all the good things I do.

Thanks to my coach who has been a very important guide in all my exercise and diet routines.
