When I started the Challenge I lost 1.6 kg / 3.5 lbs in the first week. It was then that I believed the products worked because I was very constipated, my bowel didn’t work as it should, it was slow and lazy, and this ended thanks to YOR Health.

The first 4 weeks I had the products as it follows on a daily basis:

1.- One Probiotics capsule on an empty stomach.
2.- At 10 am, 2 YOR Shake scoops with one scoop of Fiber Plus with 8 oz of water.
