I am soo amazed because this day has come and I am writing my testimonial. The reason for this is that I had never finished anything in my life, let alone had I set myself such a specific challenge. I am 25 years old and ever since I can remember I’ve worked out in a controlled way watching what I did because I was detected a tumor in my left femur in my childhood and they used bone from my hip to cover the gap that was left when they removed it. In spite of that, I never followed an appropriate diet for a person who works out, and I was one of those who were against supplements because I was ignorant about it. When I was in college, approximately from 17 to 21, I was at the gym every chance I had and I liked the way I looked even though I had back injuries that kept me from exercising for months (I got to a point of considering it normal). When my professional life began, I had no time and everything turned into fat, and I started having serious problems on my knees and hip. The ailments came and I got scared because I thought feeling bad was for a mature person, but now I understand that a bad lifestyle takes a toll on you no matter how old you are.


When I started seeing the changes of the challengers, I wanted to have a makeover improving my health which I felt I had lost, and when we say 8 weeks, it seems like a very short time with a naked eye. I can tell you that after 8 weeks in the Challenge, yeeeeessss, it is a very short time because with YOR Health it is so much fun that time flies by, however, it is enough time to create a habit and turn this into a lifestyle.

When I began my cycle, the first thing I saw in my kitchen and that I knew it was going to help me make a difference was the complete YOR Health product line. The first thing I did was to read and learn how I could make the most out of my star products with my diet and my routine, =D and this was the result:

I woke up at 6 am in the morning and had a Repair and a Probiotic; I fixed my breakfast which consisted on 6 egg whites with SuperGreens, a Digest Ultra and 2 Vitamins (these are very important for everyone who lifts weights). After that I had a Berry Blast and walked to the gym to start my routine which consisted on a series of crunches first, then I did a gym equipment routine where I worked my muscles depending on the day and I ended up doing 20 to 30 min of cardio (the elliptic was my favorite). Right after that I had ½ a roasted banana which I was explained I had to eat before anything (something about glucose) so my body could take next my YOR Shake with Fiber, as protein going directly to my muscle, haha. That was definitely my favorite part of the gym. As an additional testimonial, I’ve been working out for 8 weeks, and these have been 8 weeks without any injury. =D 40 min later I had a tuna sandwich and 3 hours later I had my meal with a Digest Ultra and 3 Vitamins first and as a snack I had another YOR Shake with Fiber, and occasionally a SuperGreens, and for dinner I had a salad.

Doing all this and seeing results in the first weeks motivated me to keep on doing it and not letting my goals be influenced by my surroundings. I learned to cook and as the days went by, my family supported me more and more and it filled me with joy being an inspiration to them and being able to share with you that they have also decided to have a brand new better health. YEAH :D I am in peace with myself and I feel so full of life that I can’t stop screaming how beautiful the woooorld is and how great the Challenge is =D.

At first my friends told me I looked ok, that I was thin and that I didn’t need this. I didn’t know if was going to be able to show them that this is for everybody. But I didn’t have to =D, all of them have already noticed the difference in my attitude and my energy and ask me what I’ve done. Thank you YOR Health because in 8 weeks my life has changed and I will never be the same again =D. I have a brand new health; brand new attitude and I have the body I have never had, not even in my years in college. I lost 1 kg / 2.2 lbs, I dropped 4 cm / 1.57 in of waist, and my legs, arms and back are sculpted and look great. Everyone says I look younger, my hair grew and I ended up lifting 4 times more weight than when I started. I just loved it and I am going for another cycle, let’s do it!!!
