Hi. I am Zenayda:

My weight was 69 kg / 152.12 lbs at the beginning of my 8-Week Challenge. In this completed first cycle I lost 5 kg / 11 lbs and my current weight is 64 kg / 141.12 lbs and my ultimate goal is to reach 60 kg / 132.28 lbs. I lost 6 cm / 2.36 in on waist and dropped 2 sizes.

I want to share with you that I acquired only the Basic set which contains the Vanilla MRP that helped me replace my dinner and I had 2 Repairs at night. I follow a diet recommended by my doctor. Every day I walk for 40 minutes at a park near my house, since I have issues with my back I can’t do exercises that require a lot of movement and effort.

I feel very happy and especially with great health. Unfortunately I have health problems and my doctor told me I had to lose weight as soon as possible. One of my discomforts was that I wasn’t able to sleep face down due to the swollenness of my stomach because of my colitis; I am able to do that now. I haven’t felt any discomfort and my stomach is not swollen anymore. I have back problems and thanks to the Repair I have gotten a lot better. My digestion has improved and I feel lighter. It is impressive to see how just two of the products have transformed my health in such a short time. I feel very happy, for me having a nice body is important, but what really motivated me to join the Challenge was to feel as healthy as I feel now.
