My weight was 72 kg / 158 lbs. My current weight is 62.5 kg / 137 lbs. I lost 9.5 kg / 20.94 lbs.

I picked the BEST BODY set. My day started by having a Probiotic and 2 Repairs on an empty stomach; an hour later I had a MRP Shake with Fiber. Before my regular meal I had a Digest Ultra and at mid-afternoon I had a portion of SuperGreens with water fruit or mixed with a Berry Blast. I also had 2 Vitamins with my MRP Shake and 2 Vitamins with the portion of SuperGreens.

Regarding exercise I did 40-45 minutes of cardio and crunches 5 times a week, but sometimes because of my job or other activities, I only did it 3 times a week. Thanks to my Challenge team I did some activity on Sundays because we got to together to keep active whether it was going for a jog or a walk or playing basketball for example, this was more fun and motivating.

The Challenge marked a difference in my life, as I lost weight, I gained confidence and self-assurance. I am also more active and happy. I do exercise because it’s fun not because I have to. I’ve learned to appreciate the support and motivation from my team and not to mention from my friends and family who haven’t stopped cheering me as well as motivating me to continue. On the health part, it has helped me a lot with my bowels, I suffered from gastro esophageal reflux and gastritis, and I said suffered because since I started taking YOR Health I haven’t experienced any gastrointestinal discomfort.
