Hello, my friends call me Pato, I'm 21 years old and I've always enjoyed exercising, especially soccer. I also love physics, traveling and food, my favorite is Mexican food.

I decided to join the challenge because I have always wanted to look stronger, however, all my life I have had a very thin complexion, no matter how much I ate or exercised. So, when my mom recommended a new regimen to try, I accepted with hope and excitement.

I started taking the YOR Health Supplement line and complemented it by following the Detox program. The first two weeks were transitional, where little by little I got used to taking YOR Health supplements and my fasting hours. Fortunately, I soon began seeing small results in my body and that helped me to continue. When the first month arrived, I was super surprised because my energy during my workouts was much higher and my family started noticing the changes in my body, which motivated me to strive during my workouts and eat healthy things almost all the time.

Now that my challenge is over, I am extremely grateful to my mom for inviting me and to the YOR HEALTH family, as the physical results I achieved went far beyond my expectations. I feel much more confident and at ease with my body. I am extremely excited to join one more challenge, because I realized that it is possible, because the supplementation gives you an impressive support!

My diet was as follows:
When I woke up, I took:

Before lunch I took:

With every meal I took:

During my training I took:

The days I didn't train I drank:
