Hello, everybody!
My name is Rodolfo and I am 28 years old. I am from Mexico City, where there is a lot of delicious food but not very healthy :) I decided to join the YOR Best Body Challenge because I was determined to get rid of body fat and at the same time strengthen my muscles, so I started going to the gym 4 times a week and needed to be well nourished so that my body could be healthy, strong and develop muscles.

I decided to take all YOR Health supplements every day as follows:

First, 2 YOR Repair Ultra along with one YOR Probiotics Ultra with natural water. Before I luch I took 2 YOR Shape and during the meal I took 2 YOR Digest Ultra and 2 YOR Essential Vitamin. I ate different things everyday, but always varied: soups, pastas, meats, legumes, vegetables and always some dessert or small candy. :)

In the evenings, I went to the gym to train or sometimes to swim, and for that I always took the YOR Muscle Energy. At the end, I took two scoops of Vanilla or Chocolate YOR Shake. Getting home, I always dined light with a glass of YOR SuperGreens mixed with YOR Fiber Plus and 2 YOR Essential Vitamin.

For me it was a very important transformation that I wanted to have for a long time, and I am very grateful to have YOR Health supplements because they helped me achieve my goal faster.
