The truth is that I am once again very excited because of my perseverance during the 8-week challenge. I have 2 businesses that own me because they don't give me time to exercise and follow a very strict regimen, but thanks to YOR Health's challenge, the warrior's diet and YOR Health’s products this whole process was easier for me and I am proud of the changes I have had.

The products I used were YOR SuperGreens on an empty stomach, as it helps you with digestion and gets your digestive system up and running. I took the time to exercise for 10 - 15 minutes, very basic exercises, but they helped me a lot as it helps you reduce stress. I took YOR Shake at night before going to bed, and YOR Repair to keep helping my body while I sleep.
