HELLO EVERYBODY!
I'm Mariely Flores, I'm completing, very happy, the Best Body Challenge.

It's very difficult for me to exercise because I don't like it, and I managed to be consistent with exercising at least 4 times a week. I learned to have the right tools at hand and to take out of my reach things that don't help me.

I started this challenge with the firm intention of finishing it better and I achieved it. I also lost a few extra pounds, and with perseverance in taking supplements and with exercise, almost unintentionally, I got results in toning and lowering measures.

I feel stronger, more emotionally stable and very happy to be able to achieve my goal every day.

I do my exercise routine from home, It’s been 2 years since I incorporated intermittent fasting and I am still amazed of how much it helps in terms of cleaning my body and mind.

My routine:
Upon rising:
I took YOR Probiotics Ultra, YOR Repair Ultra, YOR Essential Vitamin, YOR Shape
One hour later:
I drank water with apple vinegar, lemon and YOR Berry Blast.
Before and after exercise:
I rubbed Bare Oils oil blends on myself.
To break my fasting:

I try to include raw foods in my meals, although, in general, I’d have the same as my daughters (I have 2 daughters of 4 and 7 years old). I drink a lot of water during the day. I try to watch my rest, since I have realized that my performance while exercising and in the day to day diminishes a lot when I do not rest well.

As a mom to little girls, I'm on a normal diet and it's very difficult to avoid cravings and eat properly, but with the challenge, fasting, and YOR Health supplements, much of the complication goes away and you can maintain and improve always.
