Hello, I’m Mary, I’m 29 years old, and thanks to the 8-Week Challenge I’ve been able to get my body back in shape after several years of struggling with some extra kilos.
Over the summer vacations, I neglected my diet a little and I hurt my back and then my crotch, so I wasn’t able to exercise as regularly as I used to and I lost muscle mass, my body lost its strength and definition, and I felt uncomfortable with my body. I was also feeling insecure, so at the end of my vacations I decided to join the Challenge to tone again and get my physical condition back.
I loved my results, because just by investing some time on exercising and doing small changes on my diet, and combining everything with supplements, I was able to achieve good results.
My routine consisted on exercising 3 times a week only (since my crotch lesion prevent me from doing more); and it consisted on working my arms, abs, legs, and gluts with some weight and doing only 3 series of 12 repetitions each. I exercised for 50 min-1 hr a week.
I didn’t change my diet much, I only tried to drink more water and to eat healthy carbs when I ate them and, of course, my YOR Health supplements.
The products I used were:
-YOR Shake: after exercising, also mid-afternoon, and when I craved something sweat.
-YOR Repair Ultra: for my pain and to recover from my lesion.
-Pepperming Bare Oils to complement.
-YOR Shape: I had 1 capsule on an empty stomach and one more half an hour before lunch.
