Hello. I'm Evelia and I'm 41 years old. I want to share with you how I was before I met YOR Health. Physically, I was noticeably overweight, an extreme tiredness and low energy. When I had the opportunity to learn about the 360º Detox Challenge and the benefits it brings, I was encouraged and signed up. After the 8 weeks of my first challenge I feel like a super recharged with less kilos and feeling much better and happier for what I see in the mirror.

My Detox routine is:
Waking up I have a small glass of warm water, then YOR SuperGreens, over the course of the morning I take 6 YOR Essential Vitamin and 6 YOR Shape.
To break my fast of at least 12 hours I take 1 YOR Shake.
For lunch, I eat meat and vegetables and take 1 YOR Digest Ultra.
For dinner I take 1 YOR Shake.
Before going to sleep I take 2 YOR Repair Ultra and 1 YOR Probiotics Ultra.
