Good morning YOR Health community. I am very happy and grateful starting a new stage by taking the next step to achieve my new goals. Despite not being easy because of old habits, the YOR Health company has greatly facilitated that transition because the supplements and the challenge make the change easier, and the transition is also easier. I have always said that the quality of supplements is very important to achieve your goals, and YOR Health's are the ones with the highest quality that I have tried, which have led me to achieve my goals faster and more naturally. First, I started with the Detox by creating my fasting habits. I had YOR Probiotics Ultra in the mornings so when I started my day, I broke my fast at 11am with YOR SuperGreens, which helps me detoxify and raise my energy levels before going to the gym. During my 1.5-hour workout I take my YOR Muscule Energy, half way through my workout I take half and at the end I take the other half, followed by my Vanilla YOR Shake, as this helps me to keep building muscle and sculpt myself better.

Before eating my first solid food I take YOR Digest Ultra, both at lunch and dinner.

One of the great advantages of YOR Health are the gifts you are given by accumulating points for your purchases, therefore I never miss my YOR Essential Vitamin, I only take two to break my fast and two at night and over the course of the day to give me a push. To lower my sweet cravings, I prepare my YOR Berry Blast which is super tasty.

I followed this routine to the letter watching what I ate. Also, by making small changes such as using oils for cooking, avoiding sugary drinks, exchanging corn tortillas for cactus ones and avoiding flours as much as I could, I was able to get big changes in just 8 weeks.
