Hello YOR Best Body Challenge community. My name is Eréndira, and I am very happy with this 8-week change. I was able to lose 5 kilos and regain fitness and above all, health.

I take YOR Health products mainly because of how good they makes me feel, how much energy they give me and how convenient they are. Everything is practically ready! I can take them on trips, vacations, to work, etc. You just have to include them in you daily life. It's super simple!


My regimen was as follows:

Upon rising, I take one capsule of YOR Shape followed by YOR SuperGreens. Then I take my Chocolate YOR Shake and 2 YOR Essential Vitamin. At noon, I take another YOR Shape capsule. At lunck, I eat what's available for everyone at home, with the difference that I take my YOR Digest Ultra and another 2 YOR Essential Vitamin. At dinner, I have my Chocolate YOR Shake and 1 YOR Repair Ultra again which helps me feel renewed in the mornings.
