Hello everybody. My name is Alexander. Truth is I’m very excited about the Challenge. Due to my daily activities, I don’t have the chance to exercise much, but the products and the system help you a lot to make it possible.

I had YOR SuperGreens before having any food in the morning because greens on an empty stomach help you burn fat. I had a YOR Shake in the morning, that helped me have more energy on my day if I didn’t have a chance to eat sometimes. I tried to do floor exercises for about 10-15 minutes to help my body.
