Hello, I’m Mary.

My goal during this Challenge was to be able to sculpt. During the holidays in December, I neglected my diet and exercise a bit and got a little swollen. I was feeling uncomfortable and ashamed by the way I looked, so I decided to join the Challenge.

It was very simple to retake the habits and get back on the right track because the YOR Health products make transition easier.

My workout routine was only 3 times, whole body exercises for 50 minutes max.

My regimen with products was as follows:

-YOR Repair Ultra: 1 capsule upon rising and one more before going to bed
