Hello. I’m Yannet and I’m 39 years old. I’ve always loved eating and being healthy. I tried other brands, but I never got the results I’ve got with the golden products from YOR Health and in such a short time, I’m happy and excited.

Before starting I weighed 55 kg / 121.25 lb.

I’m a swimming coach, but during November, December and January, the activity is almost nonexistent and weather doesn’t encourage you to exercise. According to me, I was thin, but that wasn’t the reason I joined the Challenge, what I wanted was to change my family’s lifestyle and mine, to keep eating deliciously and without restrictions, and to have a supplementation to support me. So, I started using the whole YOR Health line through the Detox program, and complementary, I used Lemon essential oils from Bare Oils.

I followed the Detox program as follows:
In the morning, upon rising, I had a glass of water with 1 YOR Probiotics Ultra. One hour later, I break my fasting with 1 scoop of YOR SuperGreens + 1 scoop of YOR Fiber Plus + 1 stick pack of YOR Berry Blast with a glass of water. 1 hour later, I had a delicious breakfast with 2 scoops of YOR Shake de vanilla/chocolate + 2 YOR Essential Vitamins. For lunch, I had vegetables and proteins and my YOR Digest Ultra + 2 YOR Essential Vitamins. For dinner I had vegetables, proteins, and some carbs.

At night, before going to bed, I had 1 YOR Repair Ultra. I’ve felt great and it’s not only me who has noticed the change, also my acquaintances and family.
