YOR health products have helped me so much on this journey, I not only had extra energy but I was much more regular and felt I could perform better in my workouts.

In the mornings I had the YOR Fiber Plus and YOR SuperGreens before a workout religiously!

During the day before heavy carb, cooked/meat meals I would use the YOR Digest Ultra.

At night time I would take the YOR Probiotics Ultra.

I exercised 5-6 times a week, mostly in the mornings consisting of 3 days cardio and 3 days weights, sometimes I’d do more weights on cardio days as I discovered muscle helps burn more fat and with my excess energy from the products it helped immensely!

I felt like the YOR SuperGreens was a godsend energy wise. Sometimes my meals of salads and veg were not enough nutrients so that boost was great.

I feel so much stronger within my body and day to day life physically, mentally and with such clarity in my cognitive functioning. I will continue to advertise how genuinely much YOR Health has assisted in me reaching my goals.
