Hello YOR Health family.
I’m Hector and today I’m completing my Challenge feeling very happy for the obtained results. Undoubtedly, joining the Challenge changes us in very way, it not only reflects on the physical aspect, but also in the energy, mood, and digestive system. You feel completely healthy.

For breakfast, I had YOR SuperGreens and half and our later, a shake with Great Protein and YOR Fiber Plus half an hour later. At noon, I first had a YOR Digest Ultra, then a source of animal protein (generally chicken or fish), rice or pasta, veggies, and 2-3 tortillas along with 3 YOR Essential Vitamin. At night, I had a ham sandwich or quesadillas, or even beef or pastor tacos with YOR Digest Ultra and 3 YOR Essential Vitamins again. Before going to bed I had 2 YOR Repair Ultra and a YOR Probiotics Ultra.

I exercised 3 times a week for the last 6 weeks of the Challenge.

I’m very happy with the results and I’ll keep on moving forward every day feeling very enthusiastic.
