I started weighing 73 kg / 160.94 lbs, after the 8 weeks I’m weighing 75 kg / 165.35 lbs because I increased my muscle mass.

To reach my goal I used the Balance set; it helped me a lot because I combined it with a good diet. In the morning, I had my YOR Shake with half a glass of milk and half of water to add a few calories. At lunch, I had 2 YOR Digest Ultra that made me feel good. Between meals I had a YOR SuperGrens that is delicious. After training I had only one scoop of YOR Shake with water.

I trained twice a day doing strength exercises and my own body resistance.
