Hello. My name is Jesus Ivan Pellegrin Leon, I’m 35 years old and I decided to join the Challenge to lose a few extra pounds. I feel very happy for completing the 8-week Challenge because I achieved what I was looking for, reaching my ideal weight. I’m very excited for the changes I’ve got thanks to the Challenge and intermittent fasting or “warrior’s diet,” what kept me doing 14 hours fasting, detoxing my body, burning fat, increasing energy etc.

The products helped me a lot in this process because I wasn’t hungry and I ate anything. The products I used in my 8 weeks were: Lemon Bare Oils, YOR SuperGreens, Chocolate YOR Shake. And My daily routine was as follows:

* Open food window with YOR SuperGreens
* Chocolate YOR Shake for breakfast with strawberries or bananas and ice.
* At lunch I ate sopes, soups, meat, or chicken.
* For snack I had fruit, nuts, almonds.
* For dinner I had something light or a YOR Shake, depending on how I was doing with my goal.
