Hello, good day!

I’m Carlos, I’m very happy for having participated on the Challenge for a second time. This time I used more supplements to feel better. My diet plan was as follows:

Upon rising, I had 2 YOR Shape capsules and one YOR Probiotics Ultra capsule. Later, I did up to 2-3 hours of fasting and I had a YOR SuperGreens. After 3 hours, I had a Chocolate YOR Shake mixed with YOR Fiber Plus. At lunch, I followed the diet plan from my nutritionist. Before eating my food, I had a YOR Digest Ultra capsule. After 3 hours I had a snack, and sometimes I had a YOR Berry Blast, especially when I could work out. Lastly, I had dinner with a YOR Digest Ultra capsule.

Throughout the day, I drank 2-3 liters of water. This time, due to work and personal reasons, I couldn’t exercise much. Plus, having the festivities at the end of the year, I couldn’t follow such a balanced diet. Even though, and taking the YOR Health products, I was able to lose a few pounds and I really felt very healthy. I still have more pounds to go, but I’m sure I’m going to make it.
