Good morning.
My name is Alexander Alfaro and I’m from the city of Morelia. I feel amazing thanks to the YOR Best Body Challenge. I want to share my experience with the products because they have helped me every day. I own 2 business which require my presence all day and that is why exercising and diets is complicated for me. Honestly, when I was told about the challenge, I was very skeptical, but I thought about it and said to myself, “the only thing I can lose are pounds,” so I encouraged myself and you won0t believe the amazing experience I had using the products.

Because of my hectic Schedule, I get up at 5:30 am. The first thing I did was taking 2 YOR Repair Ultra capsules and then I did floor exercises for about 10 minutes. Around 10:30 am I had my YOR SuperGreens and YOR Fiber Plus, and at 11 am I had something light since I didn’t have much time. At 3 pm I had my main meal 1 YOR Digest Ultra to get the best absorption of nutrients from my food, and at dinner, around 8pm, I had my YOR Shake frappe style, so I wasn’t feeling that heavy when going to bed.
