Hey everybody! My name is Brendan and this is my health and fitness journey on how I've decided to make a change for the better in my life.

I started this challenge at 76 kg / 167.55 lbs, with mostly a high body fat percentage. I wanted to lose fat and build muscle, knowing that a lot of discipline in training and nutrition is key. Using the products stood out for me though, as I have stayed loyal to taking the YOR Health supplements daily, and... it paid off!!!

My final weight after the challenge is 70kg/154.32 lbs! Which I exactly intended on reaching! I'm so proud of myself for all the hard work that paid off and I cannot wait to continue through this journey! :)

Using the products for nearly 2 years now, there's nothing I can say about them other than the fact that it had helped me so much to getting where I am. Sharing the word and knowledge on health on the inside is so valuable, as it has helped me!

My daily regimen:

Go Green Shake in the morning (YOR Berry Blast, YOR SuperGreens and YOR Fiber Plus) along with 2 capsules of YOR Super Slim to relieve my hunger - Intermittent fasting along with the supplements are perfect!

I take 1 capsule of YOR Digest Ultra with my lunch as the first meal of the day to help with digestion along with 2 tablets of YOR Essential Vitamin for extra nutrients that weren't made up for in my meal.

I do the same for dinner for extra nutrition and properly absorbed food. :)

When I get hungry, I have 3 scoops of the YOR Shake as a snack/meal replacement (Chocolate is my favorite flavor :D)

I exercise around 3-4 times per week at the gym, most of them being High Intensity Interval Training and sometimes bodyweight training; it helps me stay active and of course builds muscle and burns fat.

The challenge has helped me so much over the course of years, through nutrition or exercise, I always feel like I'm progressing and getting better in what it is that I do - Mentally and Physically!
