My name is Denise Marisol Serrano Herrera, I’m 34 years old and I love all the natural and organic stuff. I always try to look after my health and physique. However, I allowed myself to eat not so healthy things lately, since I have the guilty pleasure of eating pig feet with sauce and I love ice cream.

I decided to join the challenge with my husband because he has always been very sporty and he motivated me to join. I’ve never won an 8-week challenge and I committed to myself to do it and achieve that famous green t-shirt almost everybody has.

I joined the gym, lifting weight 3-4 times a week and the rest of the days I joined a Pump class where I worked my whole body, from my legs to my arms.

For breakfast, I had oatmeal with coconut milk and I had 1 YOR Probiotics Ultra and 1 YOR Shape. Mid-morning, I had an apple or a cucumber with my YOR SuperGreens with lemon. I had chicken with rice and broccoli, sometimes I had steak or ceviche occasionally. I had 2 YOR Digest Ultra and 2 YOR Shape. Mid-afternoon I had my YOR Shake. And I had a light dinner, like a jelly or an avocado sandwich with a slice or turkey breast.

I’m very happy with the results, it is the first time I stick to YOR Health products, diet and exercise; previously, I didn’t completed the challenges I joined.

I reached my goal of going down from 53 kg / 116.85 lbs to 48.5 kg / 106.92 lbs. I dropped almost 5 kg / 11.02 lbs and I lowered my body fat percentage from 31% a 23%.

I love and enjoy this healthy lifestyle very much that YOR Health promotes, and the best part is that I enjoy sharing it with my husband and my family since my parents also love the organic Bare Oils.
