I thank YOR Health for the wonderful opportunity of reaching my best version, keeping a healthy lifestyle where my diet is much better, getting the support from the best supplementation there is, and following a daily routine at the gym that helps me not only to control my weight, but it oxygenates me and relieves me from the stress that some days takes over you. I started weighing 75 kg / 165.34 lbs and I currently weigh 70 kg / 154.32 lbs, and the best part is that I feel great.
