I decided to join the Challenge because I wanted to achieve the best version of me and I knew I could achieve this with YOR Health’s help. My goal was to low the body fat percentage and build percentage.

For this, every day I had a YOR Repair Ultra upon rising and another one before going to bed. When my day required more from me, I also had a YOR Berry Blast, and when it was lunch time I had a YOR Digest Ultra with 3 YOR Essential Vitamin (I only have 3 meals a day), if I ate too much I had 2 YOR Digest Ultra instead of one.

At night, I exercised at the gym, I did weights and calisthenics about 4 times a week, always with YOR Muscle Energy. At the end, I immediately had my YOR Shake and for dinner I had a YOR Fiber Plus and YOR SuperGreens shake plus 3 YOR Essential Vitamins. When I also had dinner besides that I added a YOR Digest Ultra.
