I’m happy and grateful for having joined the YOR Best Body Challenge, my initial weight was 93 kg / 205.03 lbs and I dropped 10 kg / 22.05 lbs in only 8 weeks. The most amazing part is they were mostly stored fat, this day I weighed 83 kg / 182.98 lbs.

My clothes fit now, family and friends tell me I look good, but most importantly, my health has improved a lot. Now I want to move on to the next Challenge because I am very motivated.
