Hello Detox family!

Let me tell you that time it was very challenging for me. I moved to a different country and I was feeling like on vacations. I precisely joined the challenge again because I knew it was the only way of not losing my health habits.

It was hard at first, but I made it! Getting back to exercising was the hardest part. I went to the gym 1 hour 5 times a week and did HIIT training mixed with some weights.
