I decided to join the YOR Best Body Challenge to wear new clothes and also for my health. It was hard at first, but then I got used to it and now it is part of my diet routine.

I exercised 2 days a week and quit sodas and bread.

I have YOR Shake for breakfast and dinner. The first change I noticed was on my clothes, I had a good experience since I was able to wear clothes that didn’t fit and now I have to buy new ones because the rest fit loose on me. I know there’s still more to go but I made it on this first cycle!
