Armando Rodríguez Mastache - Testimonial
My name is Jesus Armando Rodriguez and I started this challenge because I knew this was an opportunity to change some habits, change my appearance and feel good.

I started by clearing my kitchen from junk food. I stopped buying fast food and I started eating more greens and fruits. I supplemented my diet with YOR SuperGreens and YOR Essential Vitamins, and set a routine to work out 5 to 6 days a week. In the days I worked out, I took YOR Shake, which helped with my muscle recovery.

The first two weeks were the hardest, and I felt like I wanted to quit, because I didn’t see any results and I was sore all the time. It was not until week 3 that I started to see some small results and I started to feel a little more motivated.

Now it’s the end of the challenge and I feel like this was the best decision I have made in a long time. I feel so much better health wise, and see big changes in my body and my energy. This is thanks to YOR Best Body 8-Week Challenge. I have more energy, I feel healthy and I have new healthy habits that I will continue to use.

When replacing 2 out of 5 mini-meals per day with a meal replacement shake, the average person should expect to lose 1-2 pounds per week. As with any reduced-calorie diet, the amount of weight you'll lose will depend on the number of calories you consume in proportion to your weight.

Individual results may vary. Factors that may affect your results include (but are not limited to) your metabolism, exercise routine, diet, smoking, pregnancy, current medications and any medical conditions. As with any health or fitness program, regular exercise and a sensible eating plan are essential to achieve long-term weight loss results. No customer was paid for a testimonial.
