Joshua Zaballa Ganelon - Testimonial
My initial weight was 97 kg / 213.84 lbs, my current weight is 90 kg / 198.42 lbs.

I started with a Balance Set. In the mornings, I had a balanced breakfast and later on I had my YOR SuperGreens as a snack, one serving with a glass of water. Later, I had lunch and took 1 YOR Digest Ultra capsule with my first bite. I had a snack in the afternoon. I had my Chocolate YOR Shake (delicious by the way) every night with one scoop of YOR Fiber Plus. Honestly, it has been really simple to follow the regimen because the taste of the products is delicious and I don’t have any issues with it since I’m a little picky with flavors and I was able to notice the quality and that everything comes natural, not from weird flavorings.

My exercise routine was doing 1 hour of weights at the gym and 30 minutes of cardio a day, I only trained from Monday to Friday, resting on Saturday and Sunday.

Currently, I feel much better, full of energy, I have a better attitude and my self-esteem has changed. Undoubtedly, I would like to keep participating to win and keep seeing results. I’m very grateful. Big hugs to the whole YOR Best Body community.

When replacing 2 out of 5 mini-meals per day with a meal replacement shake, the average person should expect to lose 1-2 pounds per week. As with any reduced-calorie diet, the amount of weight you'll lose will depend on the number of calories you consume in proportion to your weight.

Individual results may vary. Factors that may affect your results include (but are not limited to) your metabolism, exercise routine, diet, smoking, pregnancy, current medications and any medical conditions. As with any health or fitness program, regular exercise and a sensible eating plan are essential to achieve long-term weight loss results. No customer was paid for a testimonial.
