This was a good challenge. I got off to a slow start and wasn't really working out more than a few times a week. In the later half I got into a good daily routine, with workouts in the morning, followed by some water aerobic classes. I felt good, I used an intermittent fasting routine with good eating and used the YOR Health supplements of YOR Super Slim and my favorite go to drink for nutrition the YOR SuperGreens. Full of nutrients that go right into the system, supplying my cells with the life giving nutrients nature intended. I have had great energy, especially when I increased my workout routine. I had got off track and put some weight on. It feels good to get that back off and now I feel I am ready to truly finish my quest to get a healthy fit body. I know I still have a way to go. I am excited about the future, I feel my new routine is making great use of the nutrients in the YOR SuperGreens. I am going to do another challenge right away and try to build on the momentum I have had over the past few weeks. I feel confident I can reach my goal. I will be using some of the oils from YOR Health in the next challenge especially the Amber in hopes it will help tighten my loose skin on my belly as I lose weight. So I'm excited to see how that adds to my progress. Thank you so much for letting me be part of the challenge. Something about being in the challenge helps me stay committed to getting results. I'm down 27 pounds and that was with not much effort put in the first 3-4 weeks, I'm now in a good routine and feel good about this challenge and am really excited to see how I do on the next challenge.
