2. Who am I? My name is Mely Maldonado and I’m 45 years old. I’m a mother and I worked for a transnational company as a Commercial and Marketing Director.

I didn’t have quality of time; my nutrition was bad and I wasn’t sleeping enough. Currently, I’m in the process of getting divorced and I need to be physically healthy in order to provide for my daughter and being an example of discipline in sports, besides loving myself. For this reason, I decided to join the 8-seek Challenge and get sculpted.

2. Why is the YOR Best Body Challenge important? 4 years ago, I was attracted to it after seeing it in an EDIFY magazine. My sister Edith won first place and I saw amazing changes in her physique and health. Thanks to her testimony I had the opportunity to become a YOR Health promoter and my life gave a 180-degree turn regarding quality of time and money. I could have never imagined becoming White Diamond and helping so many people achieve their financial and physical health.

3. How did I feel after day 1 of taking the supplements? I lost weight quickly and I started detoxing my body, the flaccidity from my abdomen was gone along with the fat on my waist. My bowel movements were better and my pee was cleaner. My energy is high and I can perform better at my presentations and workouts.

5. What impact did the 8-week Challenge had in my life?
