Hello community. Today I completed one more challenge. I feel very happy because this transformation keeps moving forward and every day I look and feel better. In these 8-weeks I lowered my body fat percentage and measurements on my legs, arms, and waist, which makes me be committed to this fitness lifestyle. For those who don’t know me, from my first challenge in 2016 to this date, I ‘ve lost over 25 kg / 55.12 lbs, which makes me feel very proud.

Let me share what I do to get these results. I practice the Detox lb in my life doing a 14-20 hour fasting. My food window is at noon, I have my last meal early in the afternoon and that makes me feel light and helps have a better and restful sleep. I also use Bare Oils in my diffuser while sleeping. It is important for me to have a good rest and that helps me a lot in my life.

In the mornings, I train at the gym for 1 hour to 1 hour and a half while fasting. I get up very early in the morning. I go to the gym with a YOR Muscle Energy and this fuels me for an intense training. Coming back, I take 2 YOR Shape capsules, two YOR Essential Vitamin and 1 YOR Probiotics Ultra.
