How is it going YOR Best Body family? I’m very, very, very happy after this 8-week challenge. I want to tell you that I gained a lot of weight in December, January and February. I thought it was just a little, about 3-4 kg / 7-9 lbs but no, after seeing my pants and blouses wouldn’t fit I decided to get on the scale and…I gained 8 kg / 17.64 lbs!!!

8 kg that are gone now, I feel extremely happy for getting my measurements and my fitness back and most of all, going back to this road of consciousness and love for my body.

Today, I can really tell you I’m feeling better than ever since I started losing weight. My regimen is as follows:

Upon rising, I have 1 YOR Shape capsule and 3 YOR Essential Vitamins.
For breakfast, I have my Chocolate YOR Shake with almond milk.
For lunch, I eat many delicious things. Always with my YOR Digest Ultra.
for dinner, I usually have my Chocolate YOR Shake again, and if I go out, I always bring my pillbox with me.
Before bed, I have 3 YOR Essential Vitamins and one YOR Repair Ultra.

For me, the YOR Shake is like a dessert because it tastes delicious so if I’m craving something sweet, I try to prepare myself some shake.

I’ve felt very satisfied, I’ve been eating really delicious and, well… you can tell my body is grateful :)
