Hi my name is Adrian King, I am nineteen years old. I commenced my 8-Week Challenge at 73 kg / 160.94 lbs, one week after I became a YOR Heath representative. Growing up I was always in admiration of celebrities and public figures with idealistic bodies and the benefits I believed they reaped. It was always a personal goal of mine to become fit and healthy as I struggled through my early teenage years with weight gain, which resulted in my lack of confidence and motivation. After becoming aware of the YOR Best Body 8-Week Challenge I knew immediately that this was the kick-start I needed. I felt a substantial difference in my energy levels and all round nutrition only one week into taking products, prior to starting the challenge. Throughout each day of my challenge I was fortunate enough to be able to use all the products on offer. Over the 8-week period my dream results were becoming a reality. I continued to exercise at my local gym each day, with maybe one or two cheat days! There were evident changes to the tone of my body and I noticed increasingly pronounced abs week after week, keeping me motivated, as that was my initial goal. After completion of the challenge I am now proud to say that I'm at 70 kg / 154.32 lbs. I feel more confident within myself than I ever have. It's an incredible self-esteem boost when friends, family and co-workers compliment me on my transformation. I'm happy to say YOR Health is now a permanent part of my lifestyle to help maintain my health. It is now my passion to help others achieve the same results through this company for years to come.
