Hello YOR Health friends and YOR Best Body 8-Week Challengers. First of all, I want to thank you for being an inspiration for me every time I see your transformations each cycle.

I feel very happy for sharing what this cycle has meant to me. Let me tell you that I’ve always liked to work out, but when I started my professional life, it wasn’t possible anymore. Because of it, my body suffered changes, like lack of energy, stretch marks, flaccidity, bad temper, stress… each one of these things made me feel bad, and they made feel like I wasn’t myself.

I made the decision to start my transformation with this cycle, which is what I had been looking for many years. That’s why I set a goal for myself; honestly, it was a very strict goal that discouraged me at first because I was going to start the Challenge without being able to go to the gym.

I did my Autoship with all the products. In the morning, upon rising, I had a YOR Probiotics Ultra and two YOR Repairs. Later on I had my YOR Shake with oatmeal, YOR Fiber Plus and fruit (banana, strawberries, mango, papaya, melon). I ate something before lunch (a bar or a snack). At lunch I had my YOR Digest Ultra and three Vitamins, and for lunch I had whatever was prepared at home which usually was rice, meat and salad. Between lunch and dinner I had a YOR SuperGreens, and at night, since I would come home late, I had an YOR Shake with YOR Fiber Plus and fruit, and I had 3 vitamins. To close the day, I would hang a while and then have two YOR Repairs.

Honestly, I can assure you that the changes you see are a result from the products, I didn’t modify my diet much, and since I didn’t have time to go to the gym, the only thing I did extra was go to swimming classes two or three times a week, except the days when it rained, or I had extra work (I am still learning).

I am incredibly inspired to keep on going because of my amazing body changes I had thanks to the product. That gives me immense joy. I honestly thought I had to spend hours at the gym to have a significant physical change, and today I realize that if I’m consistent, I can have the time to perform my activities and achieve my dreams.
