Hello everyone. My name is Lety and today I finish my YOR Best Body 8-Week Challenge. I finish it feeling very happy not only because I managed to improve my look, but also because my whole lifestyle has changed. The 8-week Challenge inspired me to improve my life and to make important changes for me, because before, for many years, I couldn’t find the inspiration to work out, to look better and to quit smoking. Divorce is hard and it leaves your self-esteem at rock bottom. That was my case, I felt that because of being a mom and having a divorce, it wasn’t worth doing something for me.

My new days are very active now. In the morning, upon rising, I have a YOR Probiotics and, while getting my son ready for school, I have a YOR Shake, which sometimes I mix with some fruit.

Now I have the energy to exercise in the morning or in the afternoon. I practice Pole Dance, Cross Fit and I run a little. It’s easier with the help of my YOR Berry Blast.
