This Challenge was very fun. I had stopped working hard and I was very comfortable with the results I had gotten. However, I realized it was time to get active again and look for improvement.

It was complicated getting back on track, however, taking the products the right way and having patience was the key for getting back to my routines and even daring to try new things. I’m on the direct path towards improving my health and sharing this Challenge.

During the first week I focused myself on getting my condition back, and in this phase, the YOR Shake and the YOR Berry Blast were a lot of help. I took them at the beginning of my day to be able to go out and work out, and I felt very energetic before and after my routines.

The rest of the first half of the Challenge my goal was to regain my strength, and for that, I increased my dose of YOR Shake and of YOR Repair. This helped me to recover myself to be active for the rest of the day.

The second half was the peak stage. In this, recovery and nutrition were the most important part because on the last week my routines were even double. Thanks to the products it was easier to balance my energy between exercise and my daily occupations.

It was very pleasant to get back to exigency. I came back to sports and strength training, and now I feel more capable to keep improving and get the body I’ve wished for so much and that I see far away many times, but cycle after cycle I’m getting closer.
