I competed a week ago in a bikini fitness competition so actually got down to 68.9kg during this challenge! I have put on a little post comp, which is completely normal. Lucky I had my YOR Health products to keep my digestive system clear and still feeling great even with all the treats I've been eating this week post comp!! As a bikini competitor I need to keep my belly flat and retain muscle and I've never tried anything like the YOR Health range! I even got my coach onto it!

I would have YOR Shake and YOR Berry Blast pre workout, YOR SuperGreens and YOR Fiber Plus post workout. I used the YOR Digest Ultra for two meals per day and YOR Repair before bed. Also a YOR Probiotics Ultra once a day. The YOR Repair was especially amazing for me and I was one of the bikini competitors on stage with the most muscle definition, which I truly believe is because my muscles were repairing properly with the products.

As a bikini competitor I only want to promote YOR Health. I believe comp prep doesn't need all the harmful pre workouts and supplements full of chemicals!
