I started the Challenge at 62.5 kg / 137 lbs and ended up at 55 kg / 121 lbs. I’m a teacher and the mother of three little ones. Because my three pregnancies were so close, I neglected my physique a lot, this coupled to my job routine and my kids being so young, it was hard for me to exercise.

I started taking the YOR Probiotics Ultra on an empty stomach. For breakfast I have the YOR Shake. At mid-morning, to endure the routine, I have a YOR Berry Blast.
