Hi there I'm Sanya, I am very glad and fortunate that somebody introduced the YOR health Product line to me. I have never thought that I would be able to improve so much, but because of the awesome support system that the YOR Best Body 8-Week Challenge provides, it was able to give me unimaginable results! I love the YOR Health products so much, daily I would drink plenty of water and use all the product line! Snacking is a must for me and so I consume snacks about 2-3 hours in between my meals or shakes. For my meals I would eat clean, no fried food or greasy food! A little bit about my diet consists of white meat chicken breasts, salmon, egg whites, broccoli, mushrooms, onions, quinoa, brown rice, and handful of nuts and fruits! Waking up I would take 1 YOR Probiotics Ultra and 2 YOR Repair Ultra. For my breakfast I would take the YOR Shake with YOR Fiber Plus and 2 YOR Complete Burn. During my gym session I lift weights. I love lifting; usually I do high intensity weight training for about 1 hour, followed by doing some ab session. I lift about 5-6 times a week focusing on my entire body. After the gym, I notice the best performance for me is to take the YOR Muscle Energy, and then I go jogging 2-3 miles so that way I can get my cardio in. After my awesome jog I take 2 YOR Essential Vitamins and 1 YOR Digest Ultra followed by eating a clean meal! I eat 2 meals again throughout the day, followed by another YOR Shake at nighttime.

To me I am very grateful that I was able to come across such amazing products in my lifetime! It has changed my life, I am happy taking my products every single day because I now have more energy than ever before! I noticed that my recovery from performing in the gym has increased dramatically because of the YOR Repair Ultra, which is one of my personal, all time favorites! For the longest time my body fat percentage has dropped and I have built muscle mass throughout the challenge! Not only that, but also being able to surround myself with people who are doing the YOR Best Body 8-Week Challenge, made me better and I couldn't have done it without each and every one who participated in it! Winning or not I will choose to be healthy forever! I enjoy my life better than before and for that I want to thank YOR health for giving me this chance to be who I am today!
