Hello everybody! I feel very happy with the results I got from this new cycle of the Challenge!! Undoubtedly, over and over I get to know my body better and try new things I didn’t imagine I could do. I’m closer to my ideal body and this is how I got my results.

During the first 7 weeks I changed my diet to gain muscle mass, combining it with a full body exercise routine 3 times a week for 1 or 1 and half hours per session. Something basic was having the determination to do it, and thanks to the motivation from the YOR Best Body 8-Week Challenge I was able to do it.

In the last week of the Challenge I changed my diet again, supported by the YOR Health Products to decrease my body fat percentage. I also changed the exercise routine to obtain the maximum definition I could for the last week. Taking 2 YOR Shape capsules before my exercise routine was fundamental to achieve this.

Pretty much this was the regimen I followed the whole Challenge:

- Every day, uninterruptedly, I had an abundant breakfast of 4-5 eggs mixed with 3-4 tortillas, up to 3 hot cakes and 2 whole eggs along with 1 YOR Probiotics Ultra capsule and 1 YOR Digest Ultra capsule.

- Training on Monday, Wednesday and Friday only.

- After training or at the correspondent time on resting days, I had 2 scoops of YOR Shake and 1 whole banana, 1 scoop of YOR Fiber Plus; I blended it and sprinkled some cinnamon on it.

- At lunch I had 1 YOR Digest Ultra Capsule and 2 YOR Essential Vitamins. In general, my meal was a variety of options, I had 300-350 gr portions of chicken, fish, or salmon, an abundant portion of brown rice, broccoli, mushrooms, and I couldn’t miss dessert, which was a fruit cocktail or Neapolitan ice cream, depending on the day.

- My mid-afternoon snack was 2 scoops of YOR Shake and 1 whole banana with 10 almonds.

- For dinner I had 1 YOR Digest Ultra capsule and 2 YOR Essential Vitamins, and I had 300 gr of chicken with 6 whole asparagus, or 2 tuna cans or salmon cans with 20 squares of soda crackers.

- One day a week I was allowed to have one cheat meal.

I never really measured my portions and I focused on taking the products to the letter and gradually increasing the weight I lifted at the gym every week.
