I started the Challenge weighing 91.17 kg / 201 lbs and with the goal of reaching 80 kg / 176.37 lbs. Even though I didn’t reach my final goal I feel happy because at the end I had to travel and I went through some other circumstances that made it hard for me to keep the same rhythm.

I used the products as follows:
In the morning I had the YOR Probiotics Ultra and my YOR Shake.
At mid-morning I ate an apple or something similar with a YOR Berry Blast.
Before lunch I had the YOR Digest Ultra and at night I had my YOR Shake.

This gave me the energy and the nutrition I needed. I complemented the products with a good and balanced diet, salads, natural water, avoiding all kinds of sodas, and exercising one hour a day.

I believe that at the end the change is evident, and I’m planning to join the Sculpt Challenge in a few months.
