Hello!! I’m Sergio Villarreal, I joined the Challenge with the intention of losing weight, and I lost 7 Kg / 15.43 lbs in the first 5 weeks. For the last 3 weeks I followed a 45-minute weight lifting routine, so I gained back 4 kg / 8.8 lbs in muscle mass and dropped sizes. I was pant size 38 and now I’m pant size 36. Previously, I was starting to have health issues, physical issues; I was even struggling to perform at my job and spending time with my kids. I didn’t feel good about myself either, I felt sad and tired. Besides, it is not pleasant having to make a great effort to get to the end of my workday or any other activity. My break wasn’t ever enough because I’d start the next part of the day just as tired, so I never felt good.
