I started this Challenge weighing 61 kg / 134.48 lbs and my final weight is 59 kg / 130.07 lbs; I lost 3 kg / 6.6 lbs of fat and gained 1 kg / 2.2 lbs of muscle.

I had been on a streak of not exercising much due to force majeure, and even though I was eating healthy I wasn’t really burning any calories, so I ended that streak and came back to my exercise habits, alternating running as cardio, lifting weights at the gym and practicing box for the last weeks. I lowered a lot my consumption of carbs, which is what affected me the most and the thing I got more used to eat when I became a vegetarian 5 years ago and that’s because flours and gluten make me bloat.

I used the products as follows:

Upon rising I have my YOR Probiotics Ultra and sometimes I have my YOR SuperGreens, otherwise I have it at noon. I had 1-2 YOR Digest Ultra capsules with my breakfast, lunch and dinner that didn’t have much fruits or vegetables in it since I try them to be organic, I also had 2 YOR Essential Vitamins tablets. At night I alternated sometimes my regular meals with a YOR Shake. After my workout sessions I had 2 scoops of YOR Shake.

I’m very happy with the results, with how wonderful and revitalizing the products are, with the philosophy of always taking care of ourselves, and with the team’s support and motivation in general.
